Terms of Service
Updated:Subject of agreement
Nestino is a family app. It helps you organise household tasks, connect them to a reward system — points or pocket money — and keep shared household expenses in one place.
An account can be created by a person aged 15 or over. Fifteen is the age at which, in the Czech Republic, a child may give their own consent to personal-data processing under Article 8 GDPR. Children under 15 take part in Nestino as family members managed by a parent, not as independent account holders.
Nestino is currently in beta and we provide it free of charge.
Plans and pricing
The beta is free. We sell no plan and none can be purchased.
If we introduce paid plans, we will update these terms first. Under the current wording we charge you nothing.
Billing
During the free beta we invoice nothing. We collect no payment data — no card number, no bank details, no billing address.
We will complete this section when billing launches.
Cancellation
You cancel your account directly in the app, in settings, in the section with irreversible operations. You confirm the cancellation with your password and by typing the confirmation word the dialog prompts you for.
If you are the sole admin of a family, the cancellation does not proceed. The admin role has to be handed over to another member of that family first. In that case the app lists which families are affected.
After a successful cancellation you can no longer sign in and you disappear from your families’ active lists immediately. The account itself is kept for another 7 days so the cancellation can be undone; after that period we remove it. What exactly happens to individual data is described in Privacy.
Refunds
In the free beta we charge you nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
We will add refund terms together with paid plans.
Limitation of liability
We provide Nestino in beta as is. We commit to no availability and to no service level, and operation may be discontinued.
This does not affect the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms and the relationship they establish are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
We designate no specific court. As a consumer you can always turn to the competent court, and you keep the protection that Czech and European consumer law gives you.
Changes to terms
We develop Nestino actively and these terms change with it.
You will recognise a change by our publishing the new wording on this page and changing the last-updated date shown in its header. We use no other means of notification.
If we introduce paid plans, we will update the terms before we start charging you anything.
